The journey started in 2016, when our founder, Brandon Burnside, saw a gap in the market, too many homeowners were being overpromised and underserved by big-name companies with no heart, no hustle, and no follow-through. What began as a small team focused on clean water and home energy systems quickly evolved into a trusted name across Ontario and beyond.
Brandon put in the groundwork, building sales teams, mastering product knowledge, knocking doors, and building real partnerships. He knew that by combining elite service with street-level grit, he could build something different. And from that foundation, RightTrack was born.
From humble beginnings to multi-region operations, the name “RightTrack” represents more than direction, it represents a standard. A commitment to doing things the right way, every time.

Brandon Burnside
Brandon Burnside isn’t a corporate executive, he’s a true operator. A decade of real-world experience, from water filtration and HVAC sales to solar energy systems and home services, gave him the blueprint. But it was the mindset, the resilience, and the leadership that turned that blueprint into a movement.
From starting out as a solo closer in 2016 to leading full-scale expansion efforts across North America today, Brandon built this company off character, performance, and vision.
